  1. Installation instructions:

  3. To install the MicroWINGS Screen Saver, simply unzip the file MWSS.ZIP 
  4. into your Windows, Windows for Workgroups, or Windows NT directory. You
  5. will need to have a copy of VBRUN300.DLL in your Windows' System 
  6. directory (ex: in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ ). The file VBRUN300.DLL can be
  7. found on most BBS's and on CompuServe in most forums. In CompuServe's
  8. FSFORUM, library 1, the files is called VBRUN3.ZIP and is about 231k in
  9. size.

  11. Once you have unzipped the files, just get into Windows and run the Control
  12. Panel (usually under the MAIN or ACCESSORIES group of Program Manager).
  13. Choose the Desktop icon. You should then see a dialog box where towards the
  14. middle left side there is a small section where you can select the screen
  15. saver to use and any options.

  17. Scroll through the list until you see the saver named "MicroWINGS". Select
  18. it and choose Setup. You will see the license/distribution message. Press
  19. OK once you have read and understood the license. If you want an application
  20. to join MicroWINGS (really a must-have-item for flight sim enthusiasts),
  21. press the PrintApp button.

  23. Press OK to continue into the setup/options form. The form should be self
  24. explanatory, and you can press the Help button for more information such as
  25. how to add *your own* flight simulation pictures to the screen saver.
